The Chaz style means traditionally generous cuisine suited to all tastes and sensitivities.

The Chef offers an a la carte menu: starters, salads, traditional dishes, vegetarian dishes, mountain-style dishes such as “la boite chaude”, tartiflette, tartimorille and tarticèpes, and lamb chops from the Hautes Alpes region. But, also ✨ New this winter: the DISH ? + DESSERT ? PACKAGE for 20 euros!!!

Our crêpe chef from Brittany will delight you with his savoury gluten-free galettes and sweet crêpes the secret of which only he knows.

The bar is abuzz from dawn to dusk ?. Everyone passes through here: the “early-risers” and the “night owls”. Breakfast: from 8 am to 10 am. A day that follows the rhythm of the specialities of the Chaz and the region: the magnificent Viennese hot chocolate ☕, mulled wine, local beers and wines, organic fruit juices, and liqueurs made in the distilleries down in the valley.

Happy Hour from 6 pm – 8 pm and a similar spirit in the evening: local, special, and traditional in a festive atmosphere ?.

They are many opportunities for a night out at the Chazelay: live concerts by the fireside ?, a DJ set in the afternoon on the terrace, or an evening on the dance floor from 10 pm.

Monday brings a musical atmosphere, and from Tuesday to Saturday, at the turntables, our resident Electro House DJ and other DJs with different tastes will have you dancing until 2 am ??.
